Free Trial Description
InfoStrength is offering a free 45-day trial of its Smart Solutions software. Qualified
registrants will be provided up to five unlimited-use licenses with which to manage
their key business processes. Additionally, InfoStrength will randomly select three
participating companies to win one year of Smart Solution licenses at no cost.

2. Do I qualify to participate in this 45-day free trial program?
InfoStrength is extending this offer to all biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device,
CRO, and consultants/service providers to the life science industry that are not
currently subscribers of InfoStrength’s services.

3. Do I need to make any commitment to participate in this trial program?
By participating in the 45-day free trial program, you are under no obligation to
purchase InfoStrength Services. You must accept our standard software agreement
for the 45-day free trial program which you can easily accept on line when you register
for the free trial. After registering for this free trial program, a company must
participate in at least 1 free training session (see below for details).

4. Is my data/information secured?
Yes, your information and data is safe and benefits from world class security. InfoStrength
Services uses the 256 bit Rijndael block cipher that meets the NIST Advanced Encryption
Standard. This ensures that only those users assigned to content have access to
content. Additionally, every client enjoys there own separate database and application,
and the InfoStrength Service supports the HTTPS encryption protocol so there can
be no “eaves dropping” on your information when working across the Internet. To

5. What happens to my data/information at the end of the trial period?
At any time during the 45-day free trial you may retrieve and, if you wish, destroy
the information you have stored using InfoStrength’s Service. Should you choose
not to renew InfoStrength Service after the 45-day free trial, InfoStrength will
destroy all data and information stored on the Service.

6. How will you be selecting the winners of the free year of software and training?
Companies that register for the 45-day free trial will be entered into a random
drawing that will take place at 1:00 PM Eastern on April 15th, 2009. Three companies
will be honored with 1 year of InfoStrength Service at No Cost and 1 day
of training at No Cost.

7. Do you offer tech support for participants in the trial program?
InfoStrength will deliver to companies that register for the 45-day free trial program
live web training and Q&A sessions that will be held on pre-established dates and
times. Each company must attend at least one 1 training session but may also attend
more than 1 training session. Help Desk email support will be available during the
45-day free trial period.

8. How much time will it take to get up and running? How much prep work do we need
to do?
Registering for the Service requires only a few minutes of your time and InfoStrength
can implement Service within an hour. You can begin using the InfoStrength Service
immediately after implementation. Training sessions will last one hour. No other
preparations are needed.

9. How do we transition to a paying customer if we decide to do so at the end of
the evaluation?
Simply inform your InfoStrength representative and they will help you make the arrangements
for continued Service.

10. How much training is required to effectively leverage the software?
InfoStrength Software Services are intuitive and very easy to use. The 1 hour training
session will be more than adequate to help you fully leverage the value of the Service.
Additional training from regulatory experts is also available upon request. An InfoStrength
representative can assist your specific needs.

11. What business processes should we incorporate into this trial?
Most InfoStrength clients begin using the Service to efficiently and effectively
distribute, manage and control quality management system documents and training
material. During our brief phone review, InfoStrength can further consult with you
