Refund Policy
We guarantee that InfoStrength Smart Solutions will create significant efficiencies
within your business or your money back. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied,
just let us know within 30 days of purchase and get a refund.
Just send us an email at accountrenewal@infostrength.com.
We will respond promptly and provide you a full refund. Please keep in mind that
depending on your credit card company, credits might take longer than one billing
cycle to appear.
Unless you send an email to accountrenewal@infostrength.com
before the end of the 30 days from the date of purchase, your credit card will continue
to be charged each month for one-twelfth of the annual license fee for twelve consecutive
months.
On the one year anniversary of your registration, your license automatically will
be extended for an additional year unless you terminate your license by sending
an email to accountrenewal@infostrength.com
at least thirty days before the annual anniversary of the date that you registered.
Refunds will not be given for unused months of your annual license. All completed
licenses are final.
