M. Rita Geiger, CEO/President and Founder
Rita Geiger has over 18 years of business management and expertise in life science, and other regulated industries as a regulatory auditor, and internationally recognized advisor of compliance strategies that create business efficiencies and address regulatory needs. Rita was a founding member of the Underwriters Laboratories team that defined, launched, and managed the operations of the first US program to evaluate safety critical software used in commercial and medical devices. She has been a participant in numerous national and international committees to develop industry standards and regulations. Rita is frequently published regarding regulatory matters and She remains an active participant of industry associations where she continues to share her knowledge and experience to develop industry guidance.
Rita holds a BS in Electrical Engineering with focus in Computer Science from Polytechnic University and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. In 2002, Rita was named to Business Journal “40 under 40” list and also received the “2002 Women in Business” award for the Triangle area.

Russ has extensive proven expertise helping organizations articulate and combine configurable technology solutions to achieve enterprise business goals. His work experience includes managing strategic accounts for a Fortune 500 company, developing and managing sales strategies and customer support departments for successful client solutions supporting more than 60,000 users.

Brian has a proven track record for delivering profitable sales growth across multiple industries domestically and internationally and closing deals that yield double and triple digits increases in revenue annually. Brian is a 2008 recipient of the General Electric Americas Award and has garnered over 25 accommodations for his performance in sales and sales management during his career in companies like General Electric, Metrocall, and Arbortext.

Evangelia Evdaimon, Director of Quality
Evangelia Evdaimon has over 8 years of experience in the software development lifecycle documentation. She has developed and reinforced quality assurance procedures and best practices for both profit and non-profit organizations. Evangelia's expertise lies on directing, developing and overseeing the Company's Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Management System, software development and validation methodology and documentation. She has over ten years of international business operations and quality assurance expertise. Evangelia is an active member of NCCSQA and SQA, RAPS and NCRAF.
Evangelia is a graduate of SUNY at New Paltz and has received an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology from the Belk College of Business Administration at UNC Charlotte.
