InfoStrength CEO Joins the FDAnews Board of Advisors

Raleigh, NC - Thursday, July 23, 2003 - InfoStrength CEO, Rita Geiger was invited to join the editorial advisory board of the FDAnews, Part 11 Compliance Report, an important resource for the Part 11 community within the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry. Ms. Geiger has been providing valuable advice for the regulated industry, she has been quoted numerous times on multiple FDAnews publications, and she has also been the keynote speaker on several FDAnews audio conferences.

As a member of the advisory board Ms. Geiger will provide consultation in several areas such as editorial content and direction, relevant developments, trends and strategies, and she will help shape the content and debate on the emerging issues in Part 11. "Part 11 has been going through significant transformation over the last year and has been a major concern of the regulated industry. M. Rita Geiger has over 13 years of business expertise in medical, industrial automation and information technology industries. She has more than 13 years of regulatory, quality standards and operational procedures experience and has been a participant in numerous national and international committees to develop industry standards and requirements. A few of the organizations include the Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED), ISPE (International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers), and IEEE (Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers).
