E-Signatures
Lots of companies can deliver e-signatures. Only InfoStrength delivers e-signature control.
InfoStrength recognized that the typical delivery of e-signatures that meet a company’s specific needs comes at the time of implementation. Changes or additions to those initial e-signature requirements typically require additional post-implementation development costs and effort. This means that the vendor is in control of your e-signatures. We agreed with our clients that this was unacceptable.
Think it. Create it. Control it.
Fully 21 CRF Part 11 compliant, InfoStrength Smart Enterprise Suite comes with an extensive set of e-signature reasons and intents at the time of implementation. However, at any time with the correct administrative permissions, InfoStrength’s clients can alter or add any reason or intent they wish through an easy to use wizard.
Other solutions providing e-signatures consistently provide as a fixed unchangeable feature the ability of a signer to add comments accompanying the signature at the time of signing. This leaves an opportunity for the signer to qualify the meaning of the signature beyond the signatures stated intent which potentially can render the signature to be meaningless. For example, a document approver who e-signs their approval and comments “I approve except for sections 7, 10 and 15.” has in effect not approved the document. Their signature in this case is meaningless.
InfoStrength Smart Enterprise Suite enables the managers of e-signatures to request or not request comments at the time of signing. Sometimes, for example during a pre-approval process, comments are most appropriate. Other times, as in the example above, comments create risks and waste time. At InfoStrength we believe that you need to have control over when comments are needed for an e-signature and when they are not.
